TankSure Program

TankSure Program, it's good for you, your investment, and our environment. The TankSure Program is a visual inspection and ultrasonic test of above ground residential fuel oil storage tanks.

The test uses an EPA approved technology to determine the integrity of the tank. TankSure trained Service Providers conduct the test which only takes about ten minutes.

Qualified tanks will be protected with at least a $1,000 proactive tank replacement warranty. The TankSure Program's benefits include:

Yes, we have the best in-house service technicians in the business ready to handle any service problems you may have, day or night, 365 days a year. For emergency service, call 842-5265 or 922-6269.

Do you have service contracts?

Yes, our service contracts offer the most comprehensive and best value around. With our plans, you can rest assured that your heating system will be kept in optimum condition year round. It even covers a yearly "tune-up" for your system. We can also cover your oil tank in the event of leakage.

Total Comfort Plans

Value Plan

The Value Plan covers most of the things likely to go wrong with your system and includes an annual Tune-up to increase your system's longevity and performance! Egelston Energy Company will repair or replace any of the following parts which may become defective due to normal use or wear and tear during the life of this agreement. We will perform service during normal working hours only. (See conditions for details.)

Total Comfort Plan

The Total comfort plan cushions you from virtually all service cost. All Zones are covered. It also includes everything in the Value Plan, plus significant additional parts and service.

Water Heater Coverage

Our Water Heater Coverage plan covers oil-fired water heaters. Coverage includes oil burner parts, aquastat, controls and emergency switch. Includes annual tune-up of water heater. Hot water tanks excluded.

Service Hours

During the life of this agreement Egelston Energy Company will provide dependable, prompt emergency service 7 days a week 365 days a year. Emergency Service constitutes, NO HEAT, SERIOUS LEAKS or DANGEROUS SITUATIONS. All other regular service will be performed during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Non-emergency work, if requested, will be billed at our standard overtime rates.
